Contemporary / Worship

Our Contemporary dance class is a grafting of numerous dance forms. It challenges our classically trained dancers to use their bodies in fluid and expressive ways that will help them to connect with an audience in a way that moves them through the chosen song and/or choreographer's intended message, as well as connecting with the music and movement in their own faith. (At LDA, when music with lyrics are used, we make it a priority to choose music that is clean and has a good message, or is worship music.)
